Fitness Testing: Middle School Students are assessed at least 2x a year on the following fitness test components:
- Body composition: (BMI) Height and weight
- Cardiovascular Endurance: One mile or Pacer Test
- Abdominal Strength: Curl ups
- Muscular Endurance: Push-Ups
- Flexibility: Shoulder: Trunk Lift
